Config changes after Oracle database upgrade

Hi! Hoping someone can help me out. We are starting a database upgrade project for our PeopleSoft database servers.The databases are being moved to new servers (new OS - going from Windows 2012 r2 to Windows Server 2019), Oracle version going from 12.1.0.1 to 19c. The database names will remain the same.

I'm looking for information/documents about what will need to be changed in PeopleSoft in order to connect to the new database.
