updated names not shown in some records

After having updated names in pia for various reason (correction, change in marital status), the prevous names still appears in certain records or reports. We have to log in english and make the correction to be sure that the name is updated everywhere, is there a way to avoid this behaviour, is it an issue with multi language setup ?
