Purchase Requisition USD - Workflow Notification shows incorrect currency

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded to R12.2.6 from R12.2.5 and our clients reported a strange issue as detailed below:

We have a approved requisition & its lines created with total amount value in USD currency and our clients were receiving a workflow FYI notification showing Requisition total & Non-Recoverable Tax in other currency. Standard PO was also created and approved. When we check back in iProcurement pages we don't see that issue. So issue was with workflow notification renderings but I felt OAF requisition line table regions generally gets imported from iProcurement Requisition lines but this wasn't the case here.

Please help with your inputs & suggestion to fix this issue.
