'UPDATE' mode for FORM to CI Mapping ?

Does anyone have any information about the UPDATE Mode in the Form to CI Mapping ? Im not sure abou this info but i was told that this was upcoming feature in 8.57. But I still do not see in 8.57.11 PUM 33.

Currently it only has 'ADD' Mode.
