Hiding Help in Action Menu for Student Self Service

Is there a delivered way to hide the Help link in the action menu for Student Self Service pages only in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions? Tried with the Component property by unchecking the check box for Help in the Internet tab and on Fluid tab under Header Toolbar Actions, but didn't work.
