HiSiebel IP 19 Tools opening slow when Accessing Objects

Hi,

We upgrade from Siebel IP16 to IP19.9.

When using Siebel Tools or Web Tools, they take long time to load. Its extremely slow.

When you login into Siebel Tools or Web Tools, as the "Applet" object is the one that get uploaded first. They take about 5 minutes to show up.

Similarly for "View" object it takes 3 minutes to show up.

We are using MS SQL server database. I increased the logs and got the SQL for Applet object. I ran the same SQL in MS SQL database and it take the same time to complete the SQL, which is approximately 5 min.
