Error while installing PT 8.57 DPK

Hi ,

I am trying to install PT 8.57 DPK in our linux servers but facing the below error :-

ERROR

Verifying if Puppet Software is installed:

name 'CalledProcessError' is not defined

I tried to follow the below Doc id and cross checked all the points but that is not resolving my issue.

"E-DPK: DPK Puppet Software Validation Error: "name 'CalledProcessError' is not defined" (Doc ID 2502042.1)"

Could anyone please help and guide me on this? Thank You!
