PeopleSoft Data Encryption While Querying from DB and Writing in Data Files

Our management would like to know when PeopleSoft processes (app engine, SQR) or PS Query writes data in text or excel file, is in-flight data encrypted? From being queried from database to the point it's written in data file?

Any help is appreciated. We are on Oracle and PeopleTools 8.51.10
