User used in the installation of Oracle Identity Manager and Access Manager

Good afternoon friends:

I have a question about the following case:

I have installed the Oracle Identity Manager and Oracle Access Manager components with the devuseradm operating system user.

My question is: I can create another user at the operating system level with the same privileges of the initial user. The idea is not to use the new user: devuser to configure the installed components or run wlst deployments.
