Jolt SSL Connection failing

In continuation to earlier post, Jolt SSL is working in Demo and it's not working in any of the environments. I tried the same steps that I did in Demo and it was not working in any of the other environments. The only change is pskey file. In Demo we used a delivered pskey file. But in the other environments we are using a old pskey file. Could that be a cause?
