Work Item Pre-Wait to Open status

Hello All,

I need some clarification on how the work item behaves. When the work item in Pre-Wait status and if the Pre-wait is set for 5 days, I'm aware it will be open on the 6th day. But can you please clarify on the timings? Lets say, if the work item is created on 1-MAR around 4AM in the morning, then will the work item become open on 6th March 4AM? Or will the workflow program runs before 4AM on the 6th March activates this work item?
