DashboardBox redirecting to an external URL

Hello everyone. This is a repost from "Identity Management".  I'm hope there's more exposure here.

I'm using OIM 11.1.2.3. On the Home page, I've successfully created a custom tile using cellGrid and DashboardBox web components. The Icons are good, the Title and Instruction text are both good. I can't figure out how to fire an external URL when I click on the tile.
