Strategy Management questions

Hello there,

I am looking into the strategy management configuration and have few questions:

As you can see above there is one Cancelled task, one in Wait and two in To Be Created status.

1. I would like to report on all tasks which are not Cancelled or Completed but I am unable to figure out the table which holds the To Be Created tasks...can you please help?

2. If the "Assigned To" is blank like in the example above, does it mean noone gets an email about the task and so noone can mark it as Completed? If we use the Skip button that will Close the task and open the next one and so on until the whole strategy is closed?
