Attachments uploaded to SRs not able open

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi,

Currently any attachments which are uploaded to SRs are bot getting opened. I hacve been using the attachments for refrences/testing but now it is not possible.

Can anyone advise please ?
