Reporting a broken link to the Retail Merchandising Functional Library for older versions

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

The link for the retail merchandising functional library (MOS 1585843.1) has been updated to include the v19 updated documents released in Jan 2020.

It seems as part of a tidy up, versions 16 and earlier of the functional library white papers has been moved to a new MOS ID and the old ID has been used for the latest v19.

However 2645420.1 is a broken link.
