Manual PO Requester

hi Team ,

When a manual PO is created with out requisition and requester details are entered in schedules tab of PO. PO is approved and supplier had requested changes after that requester had received the notification and accepted it. After this step PO is going into in-process state. No errors in status monitor. Ideally PO hierarchy should be triggered after requester acceptance . but PO is going to in process. WE are using 12.1.3
