Failed login attempts in password control is not working for LDAP users

Hi Team,

we are in peopletools version 8.53.08 patch level and application version peoplesoft FSCM 9.1 we are working on some setup related to password control where the  failed logon is setup to 3 wrong attempts after 3 attempts it should lock the user .This we are testing for LDAP users and i even raised SR with oracle and checked all configurations are correct

in the sigonpeoplecode page and LDAP directory and user profile map .we set invoke as user option to lDAP and ladp authentication and ladp profile synch and password control is

enabled in the page .But when user login with wrong password attempt the failed login field in psoprdefn is not incrementing request you please suggest on this issue
