Personalize Content in Receivables - PeopleSoft 9.2

Hi

We are in Peoplesoft 9.2.  Trying to leverage the Collections Workbench for the users. (Accounts Receivables > Collections Workbench). Trying to personalize the customer details and tabs for the individual user and facing the issues as in the attached doc.

Cannot see the content for the individual user and need to retype and saving mess up the tabs display

Did anyone face this and how do we approach this issue.
