Elastic Search Spinning and Error out

Hello All

Replication Steps:

1:I have deployed the Search Definitions successfully but process hung up(it is running forever).

2: Killed the process so the SD status says Deployment status failed.

3:ES Cluster log says disk space exceeds 95% ( flood stage disk watermark [95%] exceeded and  All indices on this node will marked read-only )

4: Tried to Un-Deploy the definitions - it is throwing Creating Security Document Failed error

5: From Oracle support i found some related topics and kill the ES process and deleted all indexes from pt/data folder

6: deleted all the definitions from PS_PTSF_DEPLOY_OBJ table

7:Deployment status says undeployed but crawl status says failed.
