Seach index stuck in SES crawling status

We are tools 8.55 and using oracle SES for our search. We deployed EP_PO_PURCHASE_ORDERS index and its was working fine for a while. Right now its stuck in processing for more than a day. The message log shows this message SES crawler status repeating every 120 sec. Index is built and the search results are fine but the process never completes. Do you know what this is happening and how we can complete processing.
