Navigation performance issues

Hi Experts,

we´re having issues with PeopleSoft navigation.

Just to get the homepage after loggin it´s taking more than 10 secs.

It´s a random thing, some users work fine and others are very slow, even when they are "side by side" (same internet connection, browser, corporate notebook, firewall settings, antivirus...).

If the "slow user" logs into PeopleSoft using another notebook, works fine.

All browser history, cache, cookies cleared, and still having issues.

Browser Chrome/Mozilla/Edge (fails everywhere)

OS: WIN10

Tools 8.55.15

Application HRMS 9.20.00.000

With Kerberos SSO

Any ideas?
