not able to see responsibility in EBS application

Hello,

I have created  custom responsibility using System Administrator responsibility. I am able to query the responsibility in Database. But when I tried to search for this responsibility to assign to a site in iStore, none of the responsibilities coming up in search.

How can I fix this issue?

Responsibilities  not end dated,  they are active.
