When we expect ODAC 19.x for 32bit?

Hi all,

I know that this is a duplicate question:

But I would like to ask again.

ODAC Xcopy for 32bit exists but it does not install the ODBC drivers.

In the same time I can see that Oracle DB client for MS Windows 32bit exists and contains ODBC driver.

Does Oracle is working on Odac for 32bit? Or are there any ways to install ODAC 19.x drivers with OLEDB and ODBC for 32bit clients?
