Sending Dunning Letters at three warning levels

Hi Experts,

My client needs to send reminders (warning letters) in 3 different interval of time (Lets say each letter after 30 days). And each letter must be generated using different template.

1st Time Run ---------> Warning Letter-1 (Separate Template)

2nd Time Run --------> Warning Letter-2 (Separate Template)

3rd Time Run --------> Warning Letter-3 (Separate Template)

Each letter must include all past due invoices whether in detail or summary (Total outstanding amount).Please note that we do not use license for Oracle Advanced Collections, there fore we are using Dunning Plans with Account Level and with seeded scoring engines.

Need your help in achieving the above requirement. If the same can be achieved using standard methods or do we need to customize it?
