Unable to Update user attributes

When Approval tries to update user attributes we are seeing following error

<20200402110518 EDT> <Notice> <Stdout> <BEA-000000> <<Apr 2, 2020 11:05:18,013 AM EDT> <Warning> <oracle.adf.controller.faces.lifecycle.Utils> <BEA-000000> <ADF: Adding the following JSF error message: IAM-3050095 : The attribute(s) [Display Name] have invalid locale(s) [Status].
  oracle.iam.ui.platform.exception.OIMRuntimeException: IAM-3050095 : The attribute(s) [Display Name] have invalid locale(s) [Status].

Any help would greatly appreciate.
