PS Job in peoplesoft HCM

When adding new process (App Engine) to existing PS Job. "old" version of that ps job has 3 processes and the "new" has 4 processes. After we run it first time after this additional app engine has been added to the job, it actually runs with a new app engine process, however 2nd time around it removes that "new" process(app engine). I have never see that before, must be something to do with delivered code. But this is weird.

This is older version of HCM (9.0) tools 8.53.12.

Any ideas?
