PeopleTools 8.54 with Windows Server 2016

I'm aware that PeopleSoft 8.54 is not compatible with Windows Server 2016, but how about if we are accessing the client using RemoteApp on a Windows 2016 server.  The reason I ask if we are upgrading our RemoteApp server to a 2016 server and need to be able to access our current environment through RemoteApp.  Our application servers are currently on a Windows 2012 server which is compatible with PT 8.54.  Does anyone know if this will cause an issue?
