Oracle Directory Service Control Center issue with RHEL7

The version of ORACLE DIRECTORY SERVER ENTERPRISE EDITION: ODSEE 11.1.1.7.0

OS: Redhat RHEL 7.7

The tomcat version is tomcat7.

The problem: In the Directory Servers Tab, I registered an existing server, after that, when I clicked the registered server, waited for long time, I got error message: http error 400. Does anyone have similar issue? Thanks

NOTE: I have another environment with RHEL6 & tomcat6, and no such issue.
