RMS 16 - Total Deal Discount field calculation in the Order Details screen

Hi,

In RMS 16, we are facing an issue that some orders are calculating negative values in the Total Deal Discount field.

We were not able to find in the documentation though how this field is calculated nor where does the value come from in RMS database.

Could someone please help us identify how this field is calculated?
