Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. If this policy affects you, act now to change the email address that is associated with your Oracle (and community) account. Core Workflow - EBS (MOSC)

WF Mailer not sending out email notifications in time

We are in the process of re-org's of our EBS PROD database and because of its size, have spread out the re-orgs over several weekends.

On 03/29, the wf_notifications table was among those that were re-org'd - and on 04/05 - the wf_control table was among those that were re-org'd

Starting this past Monday, our EBS Support staff have noticed that the workflow emails are not being sent out in time -

I have resorted to bouncing the mailer - and each time the mailer is bounced, those emails sitting in the queue - are subsequently sent out.

Could this be because ALL the queues have not been re-org'd yet?
