Approval path is grey out when trying to approve PO

Hi All,

Would like to inform you the following :

                                   Employee                                    Employee

Name                          A                                                       B

Position                     xyz                                                    xyz      ( Both has same)

Heirarchy                   HHH                                                  HHH ( Both has same)

Both exits in the Heirarchy

When " A" create a PO> Click on "Approve" > click on "Forward" > He see "Approval path"  and his Manager's name appears on "Forward TO"

When " B" create a PO> Click on "Approve" > click on "Forward" > He does NOT see "Approval path"  and his Manager's name DOES NOT   appears on "Forward TO" . ( Can anyone please let me know)
