error deploying EOFD_FLUID_DISCUSSIONS after moving from Elasticsearch 2.3.2 to 6.1.2

Of the eight default Search Definitions in my CS 9.2.016, I am unable to deploy only one of them.
I undeployed the eight before stopping my 2.3.2 and starting up 6.1.2. I tried deploying the first one…EOFD_FLUID_DISCUSSIONS…and got the error:
Index creation Failed : resource_already_exists_exception (262,2012) PTSF_ES.ESIMPL.AdminService.OnExecute Name:AddIndexSettings PCPC:30032 Statement:447
I found the document "E-ES: Elasticsearch Troubleshooting (Doc ID 2626997.1)" which encouraged me to:
update ps_ptsf_srch_engn set PTSF_FEDERATED_INS = 6;
…even though I had a “2” rather than a “Y”.
I restarted my Elasticsearch service (we run on Windows) but had a new error:
