Creation of access polici from UI failed with NPE

Hello,

I'm working with OIM 12c and I have encountered problem with NPE exceptions when I try to create or update Access policy from Web UI.  Exceptions refer to NPE in referencing managed bean used by page to handle request.

Example of exception for update:
