Duo 2FA on PeopleSoft

Does anyone implemented Duo two factor authentication in PeopleSoft? We have Duo 2FA implemented for VPN, RDP, LDAP.  We did gone through the DUO setups for PeopleSoft on the DUO site, but we are not sure how it works and wanted to feedback like if any customization needed on the Single Sign-on or just simply LDAP directory configuration with Duo Authentication Proxy server. Any details on this would be helpful
