using PSFSCM 9.Table record of PSACCESSLOG

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 image 0 with PT 8.53, accessing the PSACCESSLOG table/record though the system shows if any user logins from outside the internal system the int-fw.habib.edu.pk but it didn't show any IP address or any further detail to dig out from where exactly the URL was accessed from as compared to the cases where a user login in from within Habib University and the record of PSACCESSLOG shows the IP address as well. Thus the query is how to decipher the int-fw.habib.edu.pk further.

Any ambiguity or further information you may require kindly don't hesitate to ask.
