Hi Team, Cannot allocate memory after upgrading to Oracle 19c client / server components.

Hi Team,

After upgrading our .Net application to  connect the Oracle 19C database getting the issue cannot allocate memory ,

as a result facing the below issues.

            Errors found :: 1. Windows services which will be running in the background connecting to the Oracle database are stopping automatically.

                                     2. Web application is not able to connect to the database.

   

  Root cause error  :: ERROR :: (Source = OraOLEDB) (Description = ROW-00001: Cannot allocate memory

We need to wait for sometime to again establish connect to the database.

Recently we have migrated the .Net application from older Oracle versions to the newer as specified below.

            From :: Oracle 11 G client , To ::  Oracle 19c client
