PeopleSoft Cloud Manager 8 and 10

Hi experts, I'm working with PeopleSoft Cloud Manager and I have some questions that couldn't find in MOS.

1) I have an environment in Cloud Manager 8. Can I migrate it to Cloud Manager 10?

2) I have created an environment in Cloud Manager 10 in X Compartment. I want to change the compartment where that environment is, to Y compartment. Can I do that through Cloud Manager?

3) There's not gonna be Cloud Manager 11, cause all updates are going to be delivered in Cloud Manager 10.

Any input will be helpful.
