Compile error: User defined type not defined

Hello All,

After upgrading the office version to O365,We are getting the below error while trying to download Webadi templates.

'Compile error: User defined type not defined'

We got recommendation to uninstall smartview and do basic settings in Excel. It worked but most of our users needs access to both Smartview and webadi templates.

Also for few versions of MS Excel, users were able to access both. Could you please help is there any setup to be done which can help to access both smartview and webadi template download.
