Synthetic KPI
Hello,
I am looking for some guidance or examples on how to create Synthetic KPIs in OCOM. There is very little documentation available so that is not helpful at all. Not sure if what we are looking for can be achieved, but figured I will post the question.
Calculate total number of calls placed/received during the day/week/month
Calculate total minutes for completed placed/received calls during day/week/month
Be able to generate above per trunk or system wide
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
