nVision reports are hanging for 30 minutes and then giving the error above.  Discovered that the psoftuser account on the NT server had loss its licensing to Microsoft Excel. Once the license was reactivated, nVisions are working two-tier, using the nVision app, but not working within PS.

Stopped and restarted the NT Process Scheduler, and that didn't fix it. Then rebooted the entire NT server, still returns the same error for nVision reports.

Any idea what we need to do?

Windows Server 2012 R2, Excel 2010, FSCM 9.2, Peopletools 8.54,
