How to use BI publisher to produce a data pdf

We are using BI publisher to produce pdf. However we will need to export the data to a third party and they are asking for data pdf file. The pdf that was generated from PS is not a data pdf. Can some one suggest if this can be accomplished.

A data .PDF file is one where you are able to select all the data by holding down on the control button on your keyboard and the letter A, which should highlight all of the data on the page. Next if you open a Word document and paste the information on the page all of the data should appear if the file is a data .PDF.
