How to identify what workflows hit PO_Action_History table?

We have an issue that some times records are written to PO_Action_History Table. We are aware of some of them are caused by PO Approval workflow , PO Change Approval for Requester. But there are many more in wf_item_types_vl table, if I query based on ETRM note on PO_Action_History: " There is one record in this table for each approval or control action an employee takes on a purchase order, purchase agreement, release, or requisition."

How can we know which workflows are creating a record in PO_Action_History Table?
