PTF Upgrade - Which PTF Reports are useful?

Hello,

We are upgrading to a more current image of PeopleSoft FSCM.  We wrote PTF scripts from before.  The PTF scripts are not in the upgraded database.  Since we have upgraded, which PTF reports are helpful to help us identify what to update in our old scripts?   Do we run any of the reports in first?

I looked at PeopleBooks about the various PTF reports and I am not sure where to start to aid us with updating our scripts.  Any help will be considered.  Thanks.
