Stop PeopleSoft Reoccurence enabled processes

Hi,

We have a problem with our PeopleSoft prod environment refresh to non prod where all the reoccurence scheduled in prod start running in non prod post the refresh. We have script that cleans up all the pending / queued process in process scheduler and also inactives the Schedule job sets, Enable the reoccurence exemption. However there is seems something running behind the scene that kicks off the occurence again. Not sure what's causing the reoccurence start runnign again. Appreciate any recommendation or if anything else we should look at to stop reoccurence keep running anymore.
