PUM virtual box mapping to tools_client issue

Hello,

Typically when we install a PUM image into virtual box in order to be able to map a drive to the tools_client and pi_home we had a procedure in place to log into the VB console as root  and issue this command "smbpasswd -a" - make the password the same as the root password.   Once we did that, we were able to map to tools_client as user root.

This is not working now with PUM image 17 for Campus Solutions.   I have issued the smbpasswd –a command and changed the password.   There is no message on the VB console that there is a problem but when I try to map I receive the following error.
