12.2 Salary Analytics Build - How to Set Up

I saw some postings about using the Peer Averages and Peer Comparison tabs on the Assignment/Salary screen in HRMS so I started researching this.  On 12.2, it looks like the steps are outlined in Doc ID 2189971.1.  In a newly cloned test environment, I tried to run the concurrent request "Change Pay Peer Averages Refresh Process".  That aborted after filling up the TEMP2 tablespace.  I found the package in the database and changed the assignment selection to only pull about 6 employees who have the same job title to restrict the information, and then when I reran the process, it completed.  The log showed that it processed the selected assignments but it says it inserted 0 Rows in  PER_CHANGE_PAY_ANALYTICS table.
