Running a PSQuery via a Peoplesoft page - Times out

We are upgrading from  PeopleTools 8.54 to 8.57 CRM9.2  application .

We have a custom page in the component RD_COMPANY and we have customized to run a PUBLIC PSQUERY via a hyper link (not via PSQuery component. When we run via psquery component - the query retrieves all the results).

when we click on the hyper link - the page gets time out if the downloaded data size is more than 10kb.

We have updated the psappsrv.cfg file, But still the page gets timedout if we run the PSQuery via this PIA page :

under PSAPPSRV

Max Fetch Size=0 (unlimited download size)
