Financial Structure Requests - Email Notifications to System Reviewers

We are looking to implement the Financial Structure Request (FSR) feature for users to request ChartFields. It's not entirely clear in PeopleBooks, but my understanding is that besides the typical notifications for the AWE workflow, the only other notifications that get sent related to FSR's are the Push and Email notifications for the related Discussion Service. Both of those must be scheduled to run as part of the EOFD_EML app engine, which runs for all Discussions in the system (not just FSR's). Oracle also recommends scheduling the email portion of this app engine to run once a week.
