Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. WF_NOTIFICATIONS - MAIL_STATUS is BLANK

Hi,

We are trying to send the Notification to a newly created PQH_ROLE, it is observed that MAIL_STATUS column in the WF_NOTIFICATIONS table is Blank.

Because of this Issue Notification is not appearing in OUTLOOK but, user can see the notification in Worklist.

Newly created PQH_ROLE is set to MAILHTML as preferences.
