NFS Version issue from 11.3 to 11.4

We have a file system on 11.3 shared out to another server which is 11.4, we saw an issue after reboot NFS server but client kept trying but didn't mount the filesystem even after the master is up

File system shared : /roswell

Client didn't mounted as : /net/roswell

Interestingly – the issue appears to be on Client (XXX). Other systems can get to Master (YYY) shares. KENT is not able to “cd” to “/net/roswell” without hanging. It seems to be related to NFSv4. On Master (YYY), I see the minimum version allowed in v3. See below…  I attempted to switch it to V4 but didn’t seem to do any good so I switched it back. We should probably keep it at V4 as that is the default.
